This weekend marked the 105th Grey Cup and it’s definitely one that will go down in the books with the Toronto Argonauts taking the 27-24 win over the Calgary Stampeders. The whole event gave off super Canadian vibes, with super snowy weather and of course, both Shania Twain and SonReal giving amazing performances.
Canadian hip hop artist, SonReal whose busy preparing to hit the road on his One Long Dream Tour around North America kicked off the pre-game show with his exciting performance.
Watch SonReal’s performance:
When it came to the half-time show, Shania Twain was set to take the stage. She made an epic entrance being pulled on a dog sled, which was perfect considering the snowfall. She sang her new song ,”Life’s About to Get Good” from her fifth album, “Now” which is her first in FIFTEEN years. Talk about a triumphant return.
