It’s time to live your best life.
Whether you’re stuck for plans or just not that into New Year’s Eve, we’re here to help you spice things up this year. Make the most of your last day of 2017 by spending time with the people you love, doing something super fun.
We’re here to let you know that there are PLENTY of other things to do apart from getting stuck body-to-body at a club. UGH. So here’s our laundry list of activities to help you ring in 2018, which is obviously going to be your best year yet.
The Party Type.
Head To An Underground Bar
If you ARE a fan of the party scene, forget going to an all-out NYE event at a club which will be full of people. We suggest heading to an underground bar to beat the crowds and discover some super cool tunes you may not have come across.
Create Your Own Party
Have your own party! Invite your closest friends, make your own snacks, decorate your place – it’s the perfect solution for a NYE party without the headache and the hassle.
Have A Sleepover
This could totally be turned into a night of pampering. Turn your place into a festive wonderland, make some baked goodies, stay in your comfiest clothes and have a night of relaxation with your besties.
Have A Board Game Night
Tying to the sleepover, you could also incorporate a board game night. Play some hilarious games (JUST NOT MONOPOLY) and make some lasting memories.
Have Your Own Movie Night
This is definitely a fan fave. Set up your living room into a massive pit of pillows, grab your bowl of popcorn and catch your fave films of 2017 as you count down to midnight.
The Adventure Seeker.
Watch The Countdown
If you’re willing to hit the crowded city, than head over to your outdoor countdown. This is a great way to celebrate and ring in the New Year with the rest of your city. It’s a tradition.
Brave The Outdoors
If you’re not a fan of the crowds, then just head out to town with a few friends. You can brave the cold (or heat) by going on an outdoor adventure leading up to the fireworks. Complete your bucket list of 2017 on the very last day, perhaps?
