TRIED AND TESTED WITH MAXIMUM REACTION AT THEIR INTERNATIONAL SHOWS, GORGON CITY RELEASE ‘ROPED IN’ ON THEIR OWN IMPRINT, REALM

LISTEN TO/WATCH "ROPED IN" HERE

22 November 2019 (Toronto, ON) - On the back of their successful campaign for collaborative track "There For You" with MK, legendary house duo Gorgon City return to release new anthem "Roped In" on their own imprint REALM.

Already tried and tested by Gorgon City at London’s Tobacco Dock, Manchester’s Warehouse Project and Damian Lazarus' "Get Lost" Party in Israel, and supported by industry heavyweights Damian Lazarus, Dubfire, Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, M.A.N.D.Y and Chris Lake, "Roped In" has set a new standard for crowd reaction. Roped In has a built-in euphoria in the form of a unique tension building drop specially designed to hit directly on the dancefloor. As the beat drops it causes a sure-fire reaction confirming it as a unique prime-time club track.

As 2019 draws to a close, "Roped In" adds to the string of dancefloor focused productions for Gorgon City this year alongside "Lick Shot", "Delicious" and "Elizabeth Street" all on their own REALM. The boys also delved in creative and successful collaborations this year as they teamed up with US dance royalty Kaskade on track ‘Go Slow’ which reached No.1 on the Billboard Dance Chart as well as with platinum selling and genre defining producer MK on "There For You" which has generated over 22 million streams.

On top of a busy year of productions, Gorgon City have had a packed touring schedule with sold out shows at Printworks in London as well as standout performances at Coachella, EDC Vegas and their REALM event at Brooklyn Mirage. Achieving over 1 billion global streams and more than 7 million global track sales across their careers, the duo are giants amongst house music hitmakers and ‘Roped In’ is a solid addition to their already impressive discography.
