Keep hearing the name James Bay? Listening to his music & falling in love quite quickly?
Yesssa, that’s the general consensus.
A nomination at The GRAMMYs, with an unforgettable acoustic performance with Tori Kelly, followed by a solo performance and then one with Justin Bieber at The BRIT Awards — we’re getting a major dose of James Bay and to be quite honest… we’re absolutely loving it.
Following James Bay‘s wild award season, the 2015 BRITs Choice Award winner, has released a new music video! The latest is for “Best Fake Smile,” an upbeat and hella catchy song off his first studio album: Chaos and the Calm. We’re used to seeing the hatted musician, passionately rock out, as he does in the video for “If You Ever Want To Be In Love,” but this one takes it to a whole new level 🙂
It takes place in a garage, and you get the feeling you’re watching band practice…
…but this isn’t your typical practice, we can guarantee that!
This video features all kinds of crazy characters — including our personal fave, an adorable kid who challenges the band with his tennis racket in a guitar jam-off.
How great is this psychedelic rock moment?
The “Best Fake Smile“ video has everything from fire and confetti, to pillow fights, a disco ball, and even bras being thrown, in perfect rock star fashion:
We suggest you take a break from your day and indulge in this greatness! Press play now:
