Will the real slim shady please stand up? Last night, Michael Phelps covered Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” on Spike’s Lip Sync Battle: All-Stars Live Championship, and it was totally on point. 
Hoodie and all, Phelps begins his performance backstage with the video’s iconic bathroom mirror scene. He then makes his way onto the stage and doesn’t miss a beat. He even has his competitors Olivia Munn, John Legend, and Terry Crews bouncing their arms to the beat. His energy spreads like wild fire, as the crowd gets HYPE (much like the Slim Shady original). 
And who wouldn’t feel the urge to bounce in the fevour and fury that is Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”. In a recent interview, Phelps reveals that he includes Eminem in his pre-race playlist. Excellent choice for Phelps, as the 28 Olympic gold medalist takes home another win, taking home the title of Lip Sync champion! In case you missed it, check it out here:
