We fell head over heals in love with Troye Sivan as he performed “Heaven” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday. The single is his third release off his latest album Blue Neighbourhood. After his tour performance the night before, Troye dropped hints about his “Heaven” TV debut on twitter:
still on a high from last night BUT tomorrow I. AM. GOING. TO. BE. BACK. ON @TheEllenShow and will be performing….

….. a song we’ve never performed live on TV before — troye sivan (@troyesivan) October 17, 2016
And Ellen was just as excited:

Troye’s activism for human rights shines bright during this performance (check out the vivid images of protesters across the back screen).
“Heaven” is all about being true to yourself, in order to get to heaven (or in other words, to achieve inner peace). Troye continues to inspire us with his ability to simply be himself, something he shared with the world in his participation with the #WeAllCan campaign.
