Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” music video premiered on August 27, 2017 during the MTV Video Music Awards.
The pop star announced the single last week, dropping it the Friday before the award show and then announcing the music video surprise soon after. It’s safe to say that TSwift fans were in for a weekend treat. As soon as the video aired at the VMAs, the fandom started to take over the internet with both supportive and excited tweets.
Taylor just slayed me. Just when you think she can’t get any better she somehow does. A legend.#LWYMMDvideo #VMAs

Taylor has previously been known for writing songs about her exes, and while there is rumour of a Calvin Harris reference in this music video, this time she took on her own reputation. From being called a snake, to accusations that she manufactures her friendships with other celebs, she has heard it all. Yet, instead of letting the drama bring her down, Taylor turned it into a truly iconic video. Take a look:
How good are the Taylor Swift clones at the end? Each one wore outfits we recognize from previous music videos or popular media moments. Did you catch the silver dress clone? Anyone remember when Kanye West interrupted Taylor’s 2009 VMAs acceptance speech? That’s what she had on!
