The 2017 American Music Awards were on fire Sunday night. The winners, the performances, and the spot on red carpet styles were seriously unforgettable. Every single one of our faves rocked the AMAs red carpet with their stand out style. To add on to the already jaw-dropping looks hitting the carpet, those who performed also brought their flare on stage. 

The fashion was amazing both on and off the stage, so in case you need any style inspo, you’re sorted for the next three months straight. Let’s have a look through:

Red Carpet Looks

Selena Gomez shocked everyone when she stepped out onto the red carpet with platinum blonde hair. Honestly, we’re still not over it. She looks amazing!

Shawn Mendes stepped out onto the carpet looking dapper as ever. A streamlined black ensemble with a patterned blazer to pull it all together. Oh, and HELLO Danny Zuko curl.

Hailee Steinfeld stepped out looking like the superstar that she is. She took the typical pant suit look, but brought it up a notch with her own flare. Think leather, metal and extreme shoulder pads.

Nick Jonas looked super cool in a black leather jacket (seriously, he has the best leather jacket collection out there) and some tartan pants.

Demi Lovato brought the glamour in a sheer black gown with a nude underlay. Paired with her long dark locks, Demi looked absolutely incredible.

Niall Horan stepped out in a 3-piece Paul Smith suit looking so put together. 

Lady Gaga pulled off the AMAs red carpet without actually being at the red carpet. Goals. She looked super ’90s glam with big curls, and black bodycon dress. 

Julia Michaels made a serious impression on her first AMAs red carpet, coming through in this showstopper. A bright red dress that seriously had to have been made just for her. 

Alessia Cara looked cool as ever in her effortless black ensemble with silver accessories. Loving the sleek hair, as well.

Imagine Dragons looked very stylish and gave us total bomber jacket and blazer envy.

And here we have Desiigner rocking an all purple ensemble on the red carpet – sans shirt. Love it.

Apparently Post Malone loves Christmas just as much as we do. He showed up rocking Christmas colours early this year. Happy Holidays! 

On Stage Looks

Selena Gomez debuted her song “Wolves” for the very first time in this silk slip dress. 

Nick Jonas again, rocks the leather jacket on the stage for his performance of “Find You”. We really need to raid his leather collection.

Niall Horan took the stage to perform his hit song, “Slow Hands” rocking this hat and we need it, like now.

Hailee Steinfeld came on stage giving us some serious sparkle vibes. Head-to-toe in sparkle. She definitely rocked those killer boots.

Shawn Mendes came on stage to perform in his signature black button up, and guitar. Hello, handsome.

Demi Lovato performed on stage with a powerful song, and a powerful look. That hair is perfect.
