You NEED To See James Corden’s Surprise Niall Horan, Taylor Swift AND MORE

Posted on December 08, 2017

James Corden for Manager of The Year.

December is the month of iHeart Jingle Ball concerts. And what a month it is. This year James Corden had a big surprise in store for some of the biggest stars headlining the shows. After managing to weasel his way into the position of  “General Manager,” hilarity ensure. We still have a cramp, tbh. His antics included a whole plethora of surprises for artists including Niall Horan, Demi Lovato, Sam Smith, Liam Payne and Taylor Swift.

This 15-minute long skit is part of the Late Late Show segment called, “Take a Break,” where James tests the waters in various job titles. This time, he replaced the General Manager at The Forum in Los Angeles during the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball. Here’s what went down when he went knocking on everyone’s doors…

Niall Horan

James’ visit to Niall’s dressing room included reciting his rider necessities which has some interesting items listed on it. He gives Niall a head massage as he slowly falls asleep (life goals), and of course in James Corden fashion, he literally tied Niall up before leaving the room.

Classic.

Demi Lovato

He then goes on to visit Demi Lovato to give her a pep talk. James calls Demi the “best female vocalist in music today.” And together they share a secret hand shake of sorts (except it’s not so secret now, since we’ve all seen it).

Friendship goals.

Sam Smith

He makes his way over to Sam Smith’s dressing room to tell him to stay on vocal rest before he heads to the stage. With Sam lying on the couch, silent with his eyes closed, it all gets very intense.

Liam Payne

After a good ol’ therapy session with Sam, James makes his way to check on Liam Payne’s television. Insisting that he needs to check every channel to make sure it’s properly working, which obviously leads to a very serious cuddle sesh.

Adorable.

Taylor Swift

And lastly, James ends up as a replacement back-up dancer for Taylor Swift. After receiving a phone call that one of Taylor’s dancers are down for the night, James makes his way to save the day. Donned in fishnet stocking and a reputation crop top, the host steps in to run through the routine for “Look What You Made Me Do.”

Nailed it.

Comedy gold. Check out the hilarious skit below:

We definitely need more skits like this from James Corden. Do you guys agree? Let us know in the comments or tweet us @umusic.
