Looks like Cardi B’s a Little Monster. Ha, get it?
All puns aside, Cardi B has been making major waves this week with the release of her debut album Invasion of Privacy. But what’s making even bigger waves is the fact that she’s a major Lady Gaga fan.
Yes you read that right. And if the words were too good to be true, we’ve got the evidence to back it up. In 2016, Cardi B first tweeted her admiration for the queen of pop and the serious impact she’s had on her.
When I was a teenager lady Gaga changed my life .She inspired me to be myself & be different

And the love didn’t stop there. Not long before that, Cardi posted a video of herself and friend Hennessy dancing to Gaga’s ARTPOP single “Applause”.

And if that weren’t enough, the romance between these two stems all the way to Cardi’s high school days when she performed her rendition of Gaga’s hits for a talent show. She really wasn’t lying.

Now just in case you can’t decide whether or not that’s actually Cardi B, she spills the tea in a recent interview.

She even tweeted a few lyrics to show her support.

But the story doesn’t end there. At the 2017 MTV VMAs, Cardi B made it very clear that she’s very interested in a collaboration with the queen of pop…

So now you know Lady Gaga. What’s it gonna be? Will we see a Cardi x Gaga collab in the near future? We sure hope so.
