The Met Gala is a benefit event for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Occurring every year, the event has proven to be a prominent day in the fashion world.
Each year, the Met Gala provides it’s guests of high-end fashion designers and A-list celebrities with a theme to follow. This year, the Met Gala’s theme was ‘Camp: Notes on fashion’. The theme of ‘Camp’ has been defined as the love of all things extravagant, unnatural, and unique.

As co-chair of this year’s Met Gala (alongside Harry Styles, Alessandro Michele, and Serena Williams), Lady Gaga had the responsibility of setting the tone for the evening. She most definitely did! Not only did Gaga walk the carpet, she put on a performance involving four different outfits.
