06 AUGUST 2021 (TORONTO, ON) - With an assertive yet coy approach, emerging songstress Jenevieve delivers the right vibes on her latest single, “Résumé” via Interscope Geffen A&M Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Produced by Benziboy, the singer makes a failed situationship almost sound pleasurable as she pivots through the heartbreak in a charming fashion. Through every clever bar and 80s pop synths, new lessons are learned, including that her love with Mr. Redacted was wilted without the rose colored glasses.
With a fitting video, Jenevieve lights her sage to release the energy of lover’s past while perusing around town looking stylish as ever. Known for her creative music videos, the devil is in the details with “Résumé” as colors of peace like blue and green open the video with red and yellow palettes following soon after to reflect the mood of warmth, encouragement and happiness. If moving on was a mood, the singer captures it in less than four minutes with a fish-eye lens.

With much more music on the horizon, the singer-songwriter will burst on the festival scene by way of the much-anticipated Day n Vegas in November. Fans can also expect the release of her debut project Division, arriving on streaming platforms September 3rd.
Jenevieve's tailor-made sound has been a hit among critics and music aficionados alike.
