SOLD OUT SHOWS IN TORONTO AND MONTREAL IN APRIL17 January 2017 (TORONTO, ON) - Today, Maggie Rogers gives fans another preview of her debut EP, Now That The Light Is Fading, with the track “On + Off” released via Capitol Records/ Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. The exhilarating, exquisitely layered song, written by Rogers and co-produced by Rogers, Nick Das and Doug Schadt, premiered yesterday on BBC Radio 1 as the Hottest Record in the World. Listen HERE. Now That The Light Is Fading will be released on February 17, 2017. The EP features four original songs written, produced and performed by the 22-year-old multi-instrumentalist, including the singles “Alaska” and “Dog Years” which have more than 27 million streams combined worldwide, across all platforms. Rogers will make her television debut on February 15 on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon performing “Alaska”. The track charted in Spotify’s Viral 50 in 40 countries and hit #1 in 23 countries. With more than 23 million global streams to date, earning Rogers a place on the Spotify Best of 2016 list and set the stage for widespread international acclaim.
