Loreena McKennitt releases her Lost Souls album for the first time on coloured vinyl on the 13th of November 2026.
Lost Souls was first released on cd and vinyl in 2018 and previously available in a sold out, 10,000 copy edition pressed on 180g black vinyl. This new version (QRLP117C) of the Loreena’s most recent studio recording will continue the tradition of Loreena's albums appearing in high quality 140g coloured vinyl pressings. Once again this release was manufactured at Record Industry in the Netherlands and in this edition is pressed on Mimosa Marble vinyl.
Loreena McKennitt's “Lost Souls” is a rich and culturally eclectic recording, which one has come to expect from this unique artist. An exotic musical journey, Lost Souls is a rich tapestry of contemporary thoughts woven with threads from the Celts to the Bedouins, stitched with the sounds of a diverse collection of musical voices, including nyckelharpa, oud, kanoun, a military band and flamenco guitar.
